vedanine.com is operated by Veda Nine (VEDA9), a marketing production studio based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Veda Nine is a registered business name; the registered owner's details are available on request and through the BC business registry.
2. Informational purpose only
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional marketing, legal, financial, or business advice, and no results are guaranteed. Case study figures and performance claims describe specific past work under specific conditions and do not represent a warranty or prediction of future results for any other client, project, or context. Every business and market is different.
3. No client relationship until an agreement is signed
Using this website, emailing us, requesting a review of your marketing, or attending a call does not create a client relationship, a retainer, or any obligation on either side. A client relationship begins only when both parties have signed a written engagement agreement and Veda Nine has confirmed in writing that work is commencing.
4. Free website teardown terms
The free website teardown offered on this site is genuinely free: no payment, no obligation, and no requirement to engage further. Veda Nine reserves the right to decline a request at its discretion (for example, if the request falls outside its area of practice, or volume of requests exceeds capacity). The teardown is an opinion based on publicly available information about your business, delivered as a professional courtesy. It is not a comprehensive audit and does not create liability.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site including text, design, graphics, code, the VEDA9 wordmark, and the "Ahead By Design" tagline is owned by Veda Nine and protected by copyright and applicable IP laws. You may view and reference the site for your own evaluation, but you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Portfolio tiles on this site display work produced for clients. That work is the property of Veda Nine or its clients as applicable. Third-party brand names, logos, or trademarks that may appear in future portfolio materials are the property of their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
