Strategy
What the site has to achieve, who it is for, and what a visitor should do next.
Website
A website is the one channel a business owns outright. Every other channel rents attention from a platform that can change its mind. This one does not.
VEDA9 designs and builds the site, then keeps working on it against the numbers rather than opinions. Structure, writing, design and the build itself are produced in-house, so the page a visitor lands on and the search work pointing at it are decided together instead of by two companies who never speak.
What this covers
What the site has to achieve, who it is for, and what a visitor should do next.
Page order, navigation and the path from first landing to enquiry.
Original layout and art direction, not a template with the colours swapped.
Fast, accessible, search-ready code, built to be edited later without a rebuild.
Forms, calls to action and the tracking that shows which parts actually work.
What the business keeps the domain, the hosting account, the code and the analytics, all in the business's own name.
How it runs
What the business sells, who buys it, and what the site needs to do next.
Structure, copy, design and build, reviewed at each stage rather than revealed at the end.
Tracking from day one, then changes based on what visitors actually do.
Questions
A multi-page business website typically takes three to six weeks from the first conversation to launch. The variables are how quickly content and photography come together and how many rounds of review the business wants. A larger site, or one replacing an existing store, takes longer.
VEDA9 writes it. Copy is part of the build, not a separate task handed back to the client. Businesses that prefer to write their own can, and the structure is built around it either way.
Yes. Every page is built and tested on phone screens first, because that is where most local searches happen. Layout, tap targets and load speed are all checked on real phone widths, not just a desktop browser made narrow.
Yes. Sites are handed over with the ability to change text, images and pages without needing a developer. Anything structural is quicker to hand back, but nothing is locked.
Sites are deployed into the client's own hosting account, so the business keeps the domain, the hosting and the code outright. VEDA9 handles the setup and the handover as part of the build. Hosting is chosen to be fast and low-cost, and nothing sits on a server the business cannot reach.
Scope and pricing are set after a conversation about what the site has to do. A brochure site and a site replacing a sales process are different pieces of work, and quoting either without asking would be guessing.
